However, FDA has not yet set up the system to generate the number.  Bureaucracy at work!  So I asked FDA about this new requirement.  Here is the communication.  I will let all the clients of The Vitamin Consultancy know how to meet the requirements.  Remember, if you handle any food product, such as dietary supplements or herbs, you must be registered.
